Arclinea is the leading kitchen manufacturer in Italy with over 300 showroom locations worldwide; it has created an international reputation by designing kitchens for the most demanding projects, e.g., the Italian Embassy in Washington, D.C., the Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice, the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Boston, and the Boscolo Etoile Academy in Rome.
Arclinea was established in 1816 as an artisan business specializing in woodworking. In 1925 a shift was made from an artisan-based company to kitchen production. In 1960 the company was renamed “Arclinea” an Italian word reflecting the company’s long standing philosophy of creating functional and modern furniture.
Arclinea is committed to protecting the environment; its’ “green” practices include reusing waste wood as fuel, reducing wood consumption by using 100% recycled and regenerated wood, utilizing water-based paints, and recycling materials such as aluminum, stainless steel and glass.
